Guide vane is an important part of general components of hydraulic turbine. According to different types of power plant units, guide vanes can be divided into tubular flow, axial flow, mixed flow and pumped storage. Our factory, as a base for processing guide vanes in Kazakhstan, has many years of experience in processing guide vanes. It has provided a complete set of guide vane processing for foreign power stations such as Imbulu in Congo, Shuijin in Myanmar and Shangbanglang, and domestic power stations such as Goupitan, Guangzhao, Shankou, Three Gorges, Zhouba and Kangyang, and has rich experience in guiding vane processing. Three-axis CNC planer milling machine can accurately machine the vane airfoil, which avoids the wave shape of the vane airfoil during direct relief grinding. The cyclone milling machine can process the upper and lower shaft diameters at the same time, ensuring the coaxiality of the shaft diameters on both sides, and avoiding the problem of unqualified coaxiality caused by uneven counterweight of lathe.
