(formerly known as Harbin Yinhe Electric Machinery Factory) was founded in 1982 and was reorganized into a joint-stock company in December 2005. After several expansions, the factory covers an area of 11,000 square meters. The existing plant area is 5500 square meters, and the office building and living area are 1100 square meters.

The company's main business projects include: large, medium and small hydro-generators, hydro-turbine manufacturing, capacity expansion, transformation, power station industrial and mining spare parts, general-purpose parts processing, and various motor repairs.
