Our company is designated by Harbin Electric Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. as a complete set of coolers, including Baishan, hongbailetan, Nierji, Qiapuqihai, Chahanwusu, Sanxia, Shuibuya, Jufudu, Shankou and other power stations. So far, there are no quality problems, which have been highly appraised by users.

There are several kinds of coolers in our company

1. Drawer type cooler: the cooler is used for the thrust bearing of hydro generator, which is small and easy to replace. It is commonly used in small and medium-sized hydropower stations, such as Baishan, Letan, Nierji, Shankou and so on

2. Box type cooler: the cooler is used for thrust bearing or lower guide part of hydro generator, with large volume, good cooling effect and large heat exchange allowance. It is often used in large hydropower stations and Shuibuya of Three Gorges Project

3. Semi ring cooler: it is used for the upper and lower guide parts of hydro generator and the cross-sectional area of the cooler ring structure is small. Therefore, this kind of structure is adopted for the upper and lower guide parts of small hydropower stations, and even for the thrust bearing parts, such as the thrust bearing of Chahanwusu hydropower station.

4. Coil spring Cooler: it is used for the upper and lower guide parts of water turbine generator set. It has simple structure and saves space. It is suitable for the generator set with tight space, such as Shuanggou and Jufudu power station. Our company's coolers and cooling pipes are all made of red and red copper tubes with good heat exchange efficiency. The cooling tubes and tube plates are connected in such a way that the cooling tubes can be replaced easily and are not easy to deform.
