Technical features of brake:

1. Single and double piston air pressure reset is adopted, with flexible action and reliable operation under 0.5MPa air pressure.

2. The guide belt is added to avoid large area contact between piston and cylinder block, to ensure accurate reset of piston after tilting and to avoid jam.

3. The installation of travel switch can reflect the input and reset of brake.

4. The brake block of our factory adopts non asbestos and non metal plate, which can be reliably fixed on the brake plate, and is easy to replace. The brake block can be continuously braked under 0.7MPa air pressure, the linear speed is 20m / s, and the temperature is 300 ℃. The friction coefficient is 0.35-0.45, the wear coefficient is less than or equal to 0.05-0.1mm/n, and there is no burn crack and permanent deformation. The water absorption rate of the brake block is 2%, the oil absorption rate is 1%, and there is no pollution, so it is green and environmentally friendly

5. The brake plate and the cylinder block are connected by locating pins, and there is a gap between the small holes to facilitate the elastic recovery of reset.
